Tammy has over 30 years of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, project management, and business development; 25 of which are in quality improvement and include her 19 years leading the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) program.

With a passion for supporting healthcare providers and community-based organizations, Tammy has managed many successful quality improvement initiatives around technology, population health, patient safety, infection prevention, chronic disease prevention, care transitions and quality data reporting. She has also worked to reduce health disparities by promoting person-centered care and family engagement, trauma-informed care, and strategies to address ageism.
