Qsource is proud to highlight board member Rebecca Zaseck. Rebecca joined the Qsource board just over a year ago, bringing decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, consulting, and advocacy for older adults.
“I’ve always believed in the power of collaboration and innovation to improve outcomes,” said Rebecca. “Qsource’s work alongside nursing facilities to enhance quality and support caregivers is vital. It’s inspiring to be part of an organization making such a profound difference.”
Rebecca’s career spans roles in direct patient care, social services consulting, and executive leadership as CEO of a large nonprofit agency dedicated to supporting older adults. As an impactful executive leader, she piloted innovative state and federal healthcare programs, expanded patient services, and drove meaningful change in long-term care. Additionally, she consults for managed care organizations, volunteers as a SHIP counselor, and serves on aging-focused committees.
Her academic achievements—a Bachelor of Arts degree, a master’s degree in organizational management, and a postgraduate Executive Management certificate from the University of Notre Dame—underscore her commitment to leadership excellence.
Looking ahead, Rebecca envisions Qsource expanding its private services and pursuing new grant opportunities to support mission-driven growth. Her collaborative spirit, expertise, and dedication to high-quality care and addressing social determinants continue to strengthen Qsource’s ability to navigate challenges, elevate care standards, and make a lasting impact in the communities it serves.
