Patty Stepenson-Neal

Patty Stephenson-Neal began a career in nursing in 1997 when she first obtained her LPN. She has continued to progress through the realms of nursing in both education and various professional roles. Patty is a dedicated long-term care nurse of 27 years at bedside and in leadership roles, with additional experiences in mental health, community health, and the outpatient setting. After obtaining her MSN-Ed, she spent time in academia as a professor of nursing, teaching Fundamentals and Mental Health Nursing at bedside and in the classroom. As a Quality Improvement Advisor, Patty is committed to improving patient outcomes through the ongoing education, training, and support of our nursing profession encompassing the continuum of professional roles in long-term care.
