Kristen Gloria is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than 10 years of experience in quality evaluation and assessment. As a nurse, Kristen was dedicated to quality and leadership, ensuring excellence in healthcare delivery and compliance. Her journey led her to the Qsource EQRO Division, where she consistently strived for excellence and accuracy for more than four years.
Starting as a Quality Improvement Specialist, Kristen’s passion for the work grew and propelled her to the role of EQRO Director. As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her leadership position. She has worked to develop EQRO processes and tools based on CMS guidance to streamline and standardize work across multiple states.
Kristen is a firm believer in leading by example and values the importance of educating her team on the intricacies of quality in healthcare. Her collaborative approach has enabled her to work closely with Medicaid Plans, offering technical assistance, best practices, and guidance aligned with CMS requirements. Kristen demonstrates transparency, integrity, and accountability to her team, our partners at the State level, and to plan-level staff who are tasked with carrying out those requirements and guidelines to improve healthcare for their enrollees.
