Kim has worked in long term care and quality for the last 26 years. She has worked extensively in health care quality, including careers in ombudsman, patient safety, and quality advisor. Mrs. Iman’s career working with the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) has allowed her to assist healthcare entities, community organizations/ stakeholders, and Medicare recipients understand health care quality standards and processes in a more prolific way.
Mrs. Iman’s highest priorities are ensuring exceptional healthcare quality is the foundational tool and benchmark for individuals receiving and working in healthcare. She has been trained and has instructed TeamSTEPPS, Diabetes Self-Management Education, and Home Health Quality Initiatives. She currently serves as Nursing Home and Community Educator for Qsource’s Medicare Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization contract in Indiana.
