This website has a great blog section with tons of information on kidney-friendly recipes and lifestyle changes that can affect your kidneys. There’s even information on CKD and PKD if you or anyone you know needs this information. A couple of personal favorite articles are: “Safe or Scary: Navigating the grocery store with ease,” and “The Ultimate Meal Planning Guide for Kidney Health.” There is even a link for a free kidney nutrition class at the top of the page! Check out the resources available and tell us at the Network which ones you find most appealing.
