Andre brings nearly 25 years of HR expertise, spanning talent acquisition, leadership coaching, respect for people initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development. Most recently, he served as Director of HR for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where he led HR strategies across multiple teams and implemented impactful initiatives. He brings a wealth of experience and passion for people operations to Qsource.
Outside of work, Andre is deeply committed to mentoring youth. He serves as an auxiliary juvenile probation officer for the State of Tennessee and a volunteer leader with The Salvation Army and he serves on several nonprofit boards. A proud fan of the Tigers, Grizzlies, and Titans, he also enjoys traveling, cooking, and grilling.
